All Metal Locknuts
Our all-metal locknuts have no plastic inserts of any kind. They're effective under even the harshest conditions: extreme temperatures, corrosive environments, and high levels of vibration. Of special interest to many customers are our dual-slotted locknuts (ESL & ERM), which offer the highest performance possible with no bolt damage and no galling.

Nylon Insert Locknuts
Self-locking hex nuts use a nylon ring to generate prevailing torque. It's also available with a high temperature nylon ring. We offer a full line of metric nylon insert nuts as well as imperial NE, NU, NTU patterns in UNJC & UNJF thread form MIL-8879 or MIL-S-7742.

Modular Fixtures
This is one of our most exciting solutions. Modular fixtures, or gang channels, incorporate our vibration-proof locknuts into completely customizable channels. This streamlines the installation of panels, windows, exterior shells, and equipment. Each modular fixture can be made in any length, and with as many nuts and nut adjustability as required for your project. These are ideal for areas where tolerances in manufacturing affect integration of components – especially composite pieces.
Our modular fixtures are very specific to each project and can be customized to meet the needs of your application. They are highly adjustable, can be easily integrated with various components, and will streamline your manufacturing process. This all leads to a lower total cost of ownership. Very cool.
Because of this customizability, we will be introducing a handy online modular fixture creation tool in January 2018. This will allow you to design made-to-order components to meet your exact requirements. In the meantime, you can contact us directly to discuss your specific configurations.
